Sumitomo Tyres

Sumitomo is a tyre brand of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, the same Japanese group behind Dunlop. We list five models. The HTR Z5 is a maximum-performance summer tyre for sports cars and performance sedans, and the HTR A/S P03 is a high-performance all-season tyre for sedans and crossovers. The BC100 is a car tyre with a 5-rib asymmetric tread. For SUVs and pickups there are two highway tyres, the Encounter HT and the newer Encounter HT2, which Sumitomo says brakes well in the wet and rides quietly.
